It feels as if we may see them come down a little more but not much. Interest rates are great and should stay that way. If you are thinking of buying a home and plan to live in it 2 or more years, now is the time to buy. There is plenty of choice including foreclosures and short sales and the general re-sale market is having to compete. Builders are giving their specs away, but a lot of these homes are on such small lots, that they will be very difficult to sell in the future. Is It Time To Buy?
